Preaching the Eternal Gospel

And I saw another angel flying in midheaven, having an eternal gospel to preach to those who live on the earth, and to every nation and tribe and tongue and people; and he said with a loud voice, “Fear God, and give Him glory, because the hour of His judgment has come; worship Him who made the heaven and the earth and sea and springs of waters.”
Revelation 14:6-7 NASB

We must ask ourselves what the eternal gospel is, and are we living it.

The eternal gospel is not simply believing that Jesus died on the cross. Scripture says, even the demons believe and shudder.

You believe that God is one. You do well; the demons also believe, and shudder.
James 2:19 NASB

John 3:36 says this

He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.”
John 3:36 NASB

Paul preaches the eternal gospel in Acts 17

Therefore having overlooked the times of ignorance, God is now declaring to men that all people everywhere should repent, because He has fixed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness through a Man whom He has appointed, having furnished proof to all men by raising Him from the dead.”
Acts 17:30-31 NASB

If this information is all new to you and you are a Christian, I highly encourage you to examine the people you call your leaders to see if they are telling you the whole truth of what is in the scriptures. Your salvation depends on knowing the full eternal gospel. I would also go read around all the sections of scripture to have a deeper understanding of what it is saying.
